Tripillar Fitness is a great place to workout. Andy and Ally truly care about your goals and work with you to meet them. I love the small atmosphere and the workouts are challenging. I am so glad I found Tripillar. I would highly recommend!!

Enrolled in a Little Black Dress Challenge, not impressed, could use some work to really be a 5 star gym. PROS: Small group exercise, sometimes you get a 1:1 workout with the trainer when people don't show up Exercises are challenging but easy on your body, different circuits each day Chill environment, people were friendly and encouraging, thanks Allie Workouts were less than 45 mins CONS: Poor communication and follow through on progress made, program not really personalized as stated Paid too much for what the LBD challenge offered (compared to programs with 9Round, Crunch Fitness, Orangetheory) Gym could use some cleaning/disinfecting Workout times are limited Gym is ok otherwise, if you want to come in/out/workout then this could work. If you're looking for affordable personalized support, accountability and a variety in workout times this is not the place.

Andy is awesome! He genuinely cares about my progress..... getting stronger and moving better. And the workouts...exhausting in a good way! Love Tri Pillar!

It has been a great experience working with Andy and the other trainers, they push you hard to bring out the best in you. The six week challenge last year transformed my body and improved my mental toughness. I look forward each practice to have my butt kicked . You guys rock .
