Working with Kristy to reach my health goals has been a fantastic experience. While change can be uncomfortable, she understands real life and has a sense of humor to go with her recommendations. In working with Kristy, I have been able to attain a healthier lifestyle, including more sleep and less stress, and I have also lost weight as a result of her coaching. Kristy is amazing and has a vast knowledge of health and food. I shifted to a vegetarian diet, and she was able to tell me foods I would need to incorporate into my diet and vitamins I should supplement because I wasnt eating meat anymore. She was able to give me a packet full of great information and I still reference it to this day. She is an absolute delight to work with and one of the few people I trust for any dietary advice. :)

I took this class due to health concerns I've had for decades, such as rheumatoid arthritis, insomnia, digestive issues and overall declining energy. I was thoroughly impressed by Kristy's knowledge - she is a real professional ; a researcher with a lot of experience in areas of nutrition and wellness. The classes were interesting, informative, inspiring and well-planned. Most of all, what I learned has been truly effective in reducing inflammation and addressing my issues without chemicals, fads, or gimmicks. I heartily recommend this. Solid.
