        I started in November of 2018, and although the journey to lose weight has been slower than I had hoped, the people are amazing to work with. So encouraging, and such great teachers! I have learned so much more about my health than just what the scale says. I am down about 12 pounds, and more inches than that. 15 more pounds to go!

        I love this company. It really works and they’re so supportive and up-lifting. Not to mention the shakes and bars are delicious and you do not feel hungry. They offer great advice and tips when you need it and they’re available any time to help.

        I started the 1st of October 2018, as of today I have lost 48 and soooo many inches. If it wasn’t for this program and great coaches I would probably still be obese and unhappy! The coaches are great the work you through your plateaus, different ways to tweak your program just for you. The food is pretty tasty to!!
