        THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY CHARGED MY CARD NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIMES. CALLED DEONDRE AT THE FRONT DESK & HE WAS THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. THOSE CHARGES ARE STAYING AND ALTHOUGH I SIGNED FOR ONE PRICE THE CHARGES WILL REMAIN THERE AND THAT IS THAT. NOW HE IS REFUSING TO ANSWER THE FRONT DESK PHONE TO AVOID THE SITUATION WHICH IS BEYOND ME. THERE ARE NICER PLACES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE WITH WAY BETTER HOSPITALITY FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THIS DUMP. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

        The woman during the day shift on 3/9/24 (breakfast and reception), were extremely friendly and amazing!!! They were attentive and willing to jump up and help with whatever me and the kids needed. Great easy location for just passing through town! Clean rooms, beds were alright but everything else was great!! Food & drinks: Breakfast was the best we have had at any of the holiday inns we have stayed at! Staff was extremely helpful when it came to refilling and assisting when asked!

      Laken you told housekeeping to tell the front desk to extend you one more night. We at the front desk tried to call you all day and you never answered the phone. Typically, communication with the front desk while you are staying at a hotel is critical. Especially when you want to extend. It's interesting that you did not mention how you completely trashed our room, how you rubbed and smeared raspberries all into our carpet because you were mad. We were kind of enough not to charge you a cleaning fee, and we couldn't rent it for 2 days. But you stayed 2 nights, and as such, you are charged twice. You stay for 2 nights and you get charged for 2 nights. Some simple communication on your point would have solved everything.
