I was referred to Andrew Nielson from Summit Group Realty when I needed to sell our home in Colorado Springs. I called him and he quickly got back to me with all the research comps of the nearby area. Within only a couple days he had Tonya Nielson and Natalie Johnson stage my home into something you see only in magazines. His team made the house look amazing, had a photographer lined up, advertised it extensively with pictures and video walkthrough. House was on the market within only a few days of the phone call. Andrew Nielson did an amazing job with marketing the house and had an extremely successful open house. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We had several offers within 48 hours and he negotiated amongst potential buyers to bring selling price up beyond initial asking price along with other inclusions that made the offers even better. We had a few things come up on inspection and Andrew had several contractor conections available with great prices on the work needed. Andrew was always available with any questions from the very beginning to the very end and we sold the home at a price that I would not have thought possible. We are retired military and have bought and sold homes many times, but Andrew made this transaction the least stressful with his expert team, marketing and all of his local connections.
