I have been in Metal Products 4-5 times in the last 2 years, approx $500 total. I am a genral contractor that doesn't need much more. I live 15 miles from Metal Products. I could go somewhere else. Consistant good workmanship, fast turnaround and excellent communication would be worth driving another 15 miles or 30 mintes for. 5.5 stars. Several times I felt and said, "You don't have to do that. I can wait. That's great. Thank you."
There is outside of their business operations a connection that is made beyond service. The relationship between good employees and treatment of customers is equal. You are welcome and they are 100% accessible for need. It makes me wonder if I do the same.

I have had several things custom made for me here including some products made from some of my own copper sheets. Good accurate workmanship and fast turnaround. I highly recommend them.
