        Fairly curt and unfriendly on the phone, could use some customer service skills. I asked for metal grate and was told they would sell me a whole sheet but absolutely would not cut or deliver. That does me no good. What kind of a metal business can't cut metal? I won't contact them again, seems like they don't want/need my money.
