Received a prescription for products from them. Have called 1-2 times a day for the past week and a half, but never get an answer. Voicemail says the office is closed (even when I call during office hours), and/or not to leave a message because the mailbox is not monitored. Sent an email to the address listed on the prescription, but never heard back. Went to the website listed on the prescription, and it just says "coming soon."

I bought compression hose from them for a few years & they were OK, but in 2016, when I went in to order a new pair, I was asked to wait a week to order & also asked not to use a credit card, they'd rather have a check (which I thought was weird). There had been other issues over the years, (slow in ordering, the run-around when I wondered where my order was, not being open when the sign said they'd be) & it was finally too much. I went on line & ordered there. It cost a lot less & it was also less hassle.

Not sure whats going on in this place, first time was great, 2nd time terrible got fitted for a glove never called or recieved it. Should have learned, 3rd time took forever to even get a hold of them, got in and fitted for another sleeve and still nothing this has been on going since October. They don't anwser the phone, can't leave a message and if you do get in contact they give you the run around and say they are working on it, call back in a few days and when you could leave a message they never get back to you!

I called last year for an appointment with In Care Of You. I was asked to call back in a few weeks for them to get accreditation. I was finally able to get an appointment. I came to my appointment, I was fitted for the garments. A few weeks later I was called to come pick up the garments only. I asked about the prostheses. I was measured for the prosthesis in December. I still have not received my prostheses. I call and all I get is the mailbox is full and to call back later.

I ordered my product on June 23, 2016. I was told it would arrive in their store in seven to 10 days. After two weeks I called their store to check on my order. They did not answer the phone, I left a message. My phone call was never returned. I waited another week and called again, no answer, left a message, then after two days called again. The phone was answered, I asked about my product, the woman stated that my order was not in, I said it had been 3 1/2 weeks since I placed my order. She said it was not in, that she would call me when it was in. I waited another two weeks, called leaving messages, my calls were never returned. I called the following week, the woman said it must be on back order, she would check and call me back. She never called me back. Today is August 17th, I just called and canceled my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I would never recommend their company to anyone, for any reason.
