My child was evaluated and they are not giving us the report so we can get his therapy. This place is unprofessional. I would definitely take your business elsewhere.

I am a nurse case manager and advocate for injured workers. One of my patients was seen here for neuropsych testing and I have called them at least 5 times to request the report. Never a call back. So unprofessional... And a very creepy voice on the voice message.

Pretty sure this clinic is a scam 100%. I know a woman who brought her child here for evaluation. The evaluation was done in late July or early August. As of December, she has received absolutely NOTHING from Performance Brain Health Center. She has called several times-most times she got no response, but when she did get a response, they told her the results "aren't ready yet." They offered to give her a summary of the results until they can get her the whole document....not sure how you can type up a summary of a note that supposedly isn't done yet?? When you look up the Doctors at this clinic in DORA (The Department of Regulatory Agencies-the people who track licensed professionals in Colorado) you get some VERY interesting information. Dr. Stephens' license expired in August, Dr. Even is not a doctor, he is an LPC (he may be a PhD, but it's not of anything medically related), and Dr. Scheffel isn't in DORA at all-suggesting that she is not licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado. This is all easily-accessed information if you know where to look. Very, very fishy practices going on here. If you do any digging, you quickly realize that all of their 4 and 5 star reviews are from YEARS ago. Anything from the last 2 years on any review site detail how shady this practice is.

BEWARE! Not a legit business. Look up the Dr.s license status on the state website.

Just made a simple call to check in with them for my step son. Already disappointed.
