    As a cash pay patient we have had a frustrating experience with this practice. We paid the cash rate in full at the time of service. That’s why it is shocking that they sent the amount of the cash pay discount to a collections agency. Our repeated attempts to get this cleared up have gone unanswered. I certainly welcome a resolution to this issue and start taking our calls.

    Wish I could rate -10 I had surgery for a Brain Aneurysm in June 2018. I paid my bill online as directed. Between June 2018 & Sept 2018 Pikes Peak Anesthesia Associates became part of US Anesthesia Partners-Colorado BILLING ONLINE STATES!! Please pay your bill online using the payment portal that corresponds with the date that services were rendered. Pay for services rendered ON or BEFORE AUGUST 31, 2018 here. Pay for services rendered ON or AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2018 here. I DID EXACTLY AS WRITTEN. My payments were lost for months. After hours, days and months of fighting with them they were able to locate the payments. They sent me a letter stating PAID IN FULL. Approximately 4+ months later they contacted me stating I somehow pulled a payment back???????? The bank would have had to contact the business and investigate and they certainly would NEVER be able to "PULL A PAYMENT" after 4 + months. I just received a letter that they sent me to collection????? This billing department is HORRID HORRID. a complete nightmare.
