        This massage was the most incredible experience. I felt like she heard me and felt my body and was listening to what my body was saying. She gave me so much relief. I walked in with neck and shoulder tension and lower back pain and walked out feeling relief from the pain. I was literally brought to tears. Thank you Katie!!!

        Farrah is amazing!! Not only is her personality so sweet and genuine but that translates into the care she has for her clients. I have gotten massages at all the big name spas for years and I have never had this high quality of a massage ever. The building is clean and well maintained and the entire atmosphere was comforting. I cannot wait to go back again to see Farrah!

      Our Colorado Springs massage therapists are trained to manipulate soft tissue in such a way that aids the healing process, enhances the function of muscles, and increases the range of motion. We treat a variety of soft tissue injuries, aid healing post-surgery, and restore the use of immobilized joints. Massage therapy is where our passion lies and rest assured knowing there can be relief from pain and discomfort. Absolute Body Balance specializes in anything from a couples massage, prenatal massage, sports massage, or cupping therapy for anyone to enjoy! Make sure to book in advance!
