Contacted them after work, using the 'Call now' button on their website. Their voicemail was full, and would only let me leave a phone number with no context. Before hanging up, I received a voicemail saying that I was disrespectful for calling after 8pm to a business line. Then immediately received a text saying I wouldn't receive a response from them, because I had only left my phone number. After responding to their text explaining my experience, the owner went silent.

Absolutely awful, beginning to think this is a scam. I only saw her twice, once to get an estimate and then again when she picked up the deposit, after that she missed every appointment she ever made with us. I gave her half up front in early June 2021 and as of March 2022 the project is not complete. She is perpetually unavailable, on vacation and/or out of state.We asked that she accommodate us by scheduling any work at least a week in advance because we have children at home, pets that need to be watched if the fence is down and I think a property owner has a right to be present when someone does work on their property. She saw that as unreasonable, she was rude about it, insulted my wife and when my wife let her know how unprofessional she was acting, she refused to interact with her in any way. That made things incredibly difficult, especially when I had to deploy overseas. She missed the last appointment we had in October because she was going out of town again and I've tried to ping her once a month to get a status update but she makes no effort to get in contact, it was nothing but excuses and sob stories for months.Last month I was able to get a hold of her but now she wants more money, she also wants to remeasure the property because she's not sure if she got it right the first time and she wants to renegotiate our contract. I told her I would rather get my deposit back so I can go with another more reliable contractor.The thing that upsets me the most is the way she seems to get excited and gleeful when she asks if we want to cancel our contract because she says the deposit money is non-refundable. So if you're thinking of hiring her, personally I would not recommend it, my experience is that she took the money and ran.If anything changes I will repost here (07MAR2022)
