Tanner and Devon came by from Polaris Surveying to survey our lot corners and they completed this quickly and efficiently. They were both incredibly kind and professional in sorting out where our property lines truly were and even remarked the corners with fresh markers to help make it clearer. They walked it with me when they finished so I could physically see the markers and the lines. I highly recommend these gentlemen and company for surveying needs.

Have you ever bought a house, but not been quite sure where your property boundaries are?  Well, take my word on it, you need to be sure.  If you decide to build an extra building, fence, or retaining wall, you will need to know.  If you need a permit from the City, you will need to know.  And, if you don't find out and accidentally build your fence, building, or wall on your neighbor's property, it may cost you dearly.I called four different survey companies in Colorado Springs to get an ILC survey of my property so that I could determine where I could build a retaining wall.  All of the companies were so either so busy they would not accept my business or they said it would take them 4- 6 weeks to come out.I talked to Randy and he was helpful on the phone immediately.  He asked me what I needed the survey for and the type of property.  His crew showed up at my house within two weeks, did a survey, put down new markers, and helped me know exactly where the boundaries of my property are.His hard work was not only beneficial for me, but they helped my neighbors and my home owners association see exactly where the legal boundaries where.  Their customer service is good and their prices are reasonable.
