    Had a customized engagement ring made here.  Took about almost 7-8 weeks to receive the photo proofs that the engineers created then another approximate 3 weeks before the ring was completed.  I love the ring and am more than happy with it as it was exactly what I was looking for.  Customer service was attentive and helpful and knew what they were talking about.  My chief complaint was that we were told the whole process from start to finish would only be 6-8 weeks and it took about an extra month.  However, end product was perfect.

    I purchased a wrap for my solitaire in 2012 and since that time I have had to have stones replaced 6 different times. Every time they tell me the exact the same thing. They don't see any issue with the mounting and that they will tighten the prongs and it should be fine. Nope. Every time the ring comes back 6 months to a year later the stones are missing again. In 2014 I had to send it out for repair 3 times in about a 7 month period. I was receiving no help at the store level, they were telling me I missed my warranty inspection and I did not, but now I will have to pay out of pocket to have the stones fixed. So I contacted their customer relations team. The lady was nice and seemed like she wanted to help me at first. But, now she is telling me the exact same thing. What a waste of my time. I have spent around $4000 on the solitaire and this piece and this what I have to deal with. Absolutely worst jewler I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anybody as they could care less about your actual piece and more about just getting their sale.

    Talk about taking advantage of a young military couple.  First off my daughter in law buys 2 men's rings, pays cash. They take them back to have sized & Weisfields charges the ring to my sons account. Why would they do that when they were paid in full. Charges were finally adjusted 2 months later. Then they take her ring in for sizing & plus they added a setting. It comes back wrong size. It goes out again. They go to pick it up to find out it was never sent out for sizing and the manager & another employee lie right to their face. Finally they tell them it wasn't sent out & they will out a rush on it. Weisfields has had the ring for 2 months & it's still not back. Horrible customer service & in my opinion they are taking advantage of a young military couple. Do not go here.

    In October 2012, my boyfriend and I were going through several different jewelers and finally came across Weisfield and the ring I had been looking for. Everything was good the customer service from Greg ( manager ) and Donna was excellent! So we decided to stay a customer to the store and Greg. In November 2012 I had noticed that a diamond was missing from my ring, so I took it back and spoke with Mario who was so rude and not a very pleasant man to deal with. It took them over 3 weeks to fix my ring as we were picking the ring up I had told Greg what had happened and he said it would be addressed. A week after picking up my ring I had noticed ANOTHER diamond missing! So we went back to the store to drop my ring off again for the second time. The customer service just goes down hill every time we come into this store. Makes us feel like if you are not buying anything new they don't want to have to deal with you. I am very disappointed at this time in the quality in the jewelry and customer service. If I could do it over again I would have went somewhere else.
