Why would you choose Xfinity any more when there are so many other choices? They are the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. The customer service is awful!

Xfinity is the worst company to get internet service from. The internet connection is mediocre at best; often stops working for no reason. The router will need to be completely restarted randomly, even after they "upgraded" me to a better one, at my own expense. I was overcharged for three months over an employee mishandling an add on sale and yet, no one knows why when I go in store to inquire. Now every few months I have to go in store and they credit PART of the overcharge, instead of fixing the problem. Getting a representative on the phone is nearly impossible; the help line continuously offers to send a link to request a call back. The "Live Text Help" is slow at best, and non functioning some days. What could be a ten minute phone call turns into 20 minutes of you offering basic information, even though you have to sign in to use it. All of their call centers are located in other countries so they are often hard to understand and do not understand basic conversational mannerisms of American speech, but at least they work for less. TMobile offers at home internet for cheaper, it functions better, is more reliable, and customer service is way better. do yourself a favor and don't get locked into a contract with XFinity, they will overcharge you for the services they aren't providing and if you try to go somewhere else, they'll charge you for the months you were already stuck under.

I had the pleasure of getting Tim as an installer. He was pleasant, professional and courteous. He was on time and had every tool he needed. He showed me how to operate everything before he left. Please give him a raise and hire more people like him. Thanks again, Tim!
