This year was of course different and not completely for the better. The guy who normally does our taxes is deployed and instead of having someone else complete them, they are continuing to have him do them. Very hard to talk to him about questions we had. Kind of disappointed this year, hopefully next year will be back up to their great service. *Note: the communication aspect is what changed and we completely understand being deployed. He communicated the best way he could. We are just more face to face and phone people. We still recommend using them!

Did are taxes here and was great. Even signed up for their investment and life insurance plan. We’ve been paying into it for five months now and haven’t gotten any kind of receipt or transaction record. We’ve been trying to reach out to Sean (who was great doing our taxes) with no reply going on three months now. We reached out to the main line that just told us to contact him and weren’t any help. This definitely turned into an investment that seemed to good to be true and we are hoping we can get the amount we put in back some how.

Went in to file our taxes for the 2020 tax season. They did a great job at getting the taxes done and were thorough in the process. The agent that we were dealing was slightly un-professional at times, but we are a military family so it was nothing that we aren’t used to.

Sean has done our taxes since we moved to Colorado Springs 3 years ago and he's always done an exceptional job! I highly recommend him! He's quick and very informative and always answers any tax related questions we have.

Sean Beaver is very personable. Explains things well and is almost always available when you need and will easily work around your schedule. Would recommend to anyone looking to invest and save money for future retirement!
