I have always paid my entire bill on time. I have only had one issue that is not a routine issue requiring no effort or thought on their part: "their" meaning Julie Wermer. And all she said was, in effect, she couldn't help and I had to take care of this myself. I did try to do this--take care of this myself--but no one seemed interested in helping me. In contrast to this, in Mountain View, California, my State Farm agent took the initiative along with the owner of the business who sold me the item I wanted to insure, and it was done without any effort on my part, to speak of. I tried to participate and do my side, but the seller and State Farm agent got it done between the two of them. Troy who works in their office has been rude to me multiple times on the phone. Again my credit rating is either in the high seven hundreds or low eight hundreds. Troy was short, curt and rude about getting paid. As an older woman I've NEVER encountered this in Northern California.

Most unhelpful all around when contacted to become a local agent. Not concerned about long term AllState customers and is only interested in money and positive feedback, detaching herself from the overall company. Would not recommend her as an agent if you are looking for good customer service from an AllState rep.
