In seeing the good reviews, I had hoped for better service than I received. Sadly they are not professional. NOT RESPONSIVE! Dont waste your time. Here is my experience: I asked for an estimate, the owner agreed to come by my house Wednesday. He didnt show up on time so I sent a text to check if he would make the appointment. He did call and say he could not make it because of a work emergency and would send someone to my house the following day. Well Hakeem Jones did in fact come to my house. He took a look at the project and said he would email me an estimate later that day. He did not. I checked in with him the next day to see how is was coming along and to make sure he had the right email. No response. I emailed him and the owner to see if they were able to do the project. And still NOOO RESPONSE!! NO RESPONSE at all. Totally unprofessional. I can imagine what the work would look like with that level of unprofessionalism.
