The entire staff at A Caring Heart are amazing! Professional while treating me like family. Being disabled is difficult, but with their help Im able to live on my own.

The staff at A Caring Heart certainly lives up to the name. Ann and her staff helped me through two separate knee surgeries and two separate back surgeries. I wouldn't want anyone else by my side through a tough time. They cared for me as if I were family and I will always be grateful to them. You don't need to look any further. A Caring Heart is the best.

A Caring Heart is an outstanding company! I was in need of home health care after coming home from pretty extensive surgery. As a part of my recovery, I needed recurring wound care and maintenance, to include a couple wound vac locations. While in the hospital, the recurring care I received was very clinical and procedural. It was quite painful and each recurring event began to fill me with dread and significant apprehension. Once I was home, we needed the assistance of home care, so we hired A Caring Heart. From the very beginning Jackie was extremely attentive and listened about the tension surrounding my wound changes. She was very careful through the process and went out of her way to mitigate the pain, even taking steps to prepare each wound so that the pain would be reduced for the following wound change. Jackie, as well as Nicole and Alina, always created a pleasant and relaxing environment that allowed for friendly conversation and a comfort level that is closer to friends and family than clinical services. We were all vested in the process together, as a team, celebrating each win and sign of healing as if the wounds were their own. In a very short period of time my wound changes went from an event of apprehensive dread to being a welcomed event! Let that sink in! The care this team provides turned what was a very negative and yet unavoidable event into one that was actually welcomed and being looked forward to! I am absolutely convinced that my wounds healed more quickly and healthier because of the care I received from A Caring Heart! Without question or hesitation, if I or any of my friends or family need this type of care, I will passionately hire and/or recommend that A Caring Heart be hired for their expert knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as their compassionate and loving care!
