    I am fed up with these people. First they wired the humidifier wrong so they came out. That was one time. Then the air ducts were screwed up and they had to come out and forgot to return with the part.They returned and the ducts still make the loud noise they said they were fixing. Then the thermostat would not blow anything but 70 even set at 52. They came out and said it was fine. Then it was not. I had to turn if off. Now they are here and told us it was fine again and they'd have to start charging us to come out. I told him you are going to charge me for what you JUST INSTALLED that has NEVER WORKED? Are you serious? He just said -- oh I misunderstood the problem. Let me go look again. He is a kid too. I mean REALLY a kid. BEWARE.

Blaine Butler is professional, very timely, and easy to talk with through topics, questions, and logistics. The technicians have been professional and trustworthy while working in my home.     Connor called me back after my moms furnace wouldnt stay on late at night. He helped me find the flame sensor so I could clean it. The furnace started working again with no charge. I will definitely call this company when I need anything related to heating.

    I called Cooper since my pilot light went out on my furnace and the guy that normally lights it for me could not get it to light. I feared the worst (a new furnace was needed). Connor arrived on time and was extremely nice and professional. He found the problem, was able to light the pilot and replace a VERY old piece of copper. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service he provided. He did not try to upsell me things I did not need, but did suggest I start saving money to replace my 18 yr old furnance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Kuddos to Connor for amazing customer service!!

Hello Lisa,I am sorry this was your experience. After speaking to the technician he said the issue with the thermostat changing to 70deg was because of a setting you had the programed in the control. He said he did find this at the service call and had this resolved before he left. He also stated that the statement for future billable calls was in regard to the humidifier and was only because proper operation had been verified multiple times and the unit is functioning properly. Please note customer satisfaction is our number one goal and we value your time and feedback and I apologize your experience was not satisfactory.
