Dan's Building Service

I cant say enough good things about Dan. We have thrown the most oddball projects his way and hes taken them all on and has done a tremendous job. Our realtor had recommended him and our first request was tricky to say the least. There was an angled wall in our home that made us lose about 4 feet of space where we wanted to put a couch. Even worse, there was plumbing behind that wall. After calling Dan he spent about 20 minutes looking at our request and said it was no problem. Within a week, all on his own, he had re worked the plumbing, patched up the wall, reworked the electricity and even matched the paint. On another job, we had some rotted boards on the exterior of the house about 20-30 feet high. Again, he replaced and matched the paint. Just getting up there had to be a big issue due to where the boards were located. Next, we had a window in the entry room of our home. Looked very dated and we wanted to see if we could turn it into an additional seating area with new fabricated wood around the outside. I just sent him a photo of what we were looking for and yet again Dan delivered. Its a huge accent piece in our home. About a month ago we had another odd project. We have a pergola in the backyard. We decided to turn it into an outdoor movie theatre. We needed ideas on how to make that happen. He ended up putting a metal roof with padding on there and sealed it up along with giving us ideas about outdoor curtains. We took his advice and weve never spent more time in the backyard than we do now Finally, today, Dan installed two nest floodlight cameras. I would have tackled it myself but since electrical had to be run and since theyre hardwired I called Dan. Due to the labor and running electricity it took several hours, but were so happy with results. Long review I know, but Ill just say hes the only handyman weve used because he gets the job done. Hes honest, fair, reliable and thats all would could ask for. The biggest thing is, he helps us enjoy our home. I cant recommend him enough. Dan is my go-to guy for everything!! From a leaky faucet to a full bathroom model, he can do it all! Very responsive, very professional, great craftsmanship- would highly recommend him for any project big or small!

I called for a small job, and Dan Came within a few hours. Gave me a reasonable price and completed the job promptly. I have used him for several jobs now, and referred him to friends.

I've hired Dan 3 times. Each experience was good quality and professional. Dan's easygoing and was able to work around my schedule which I really appreciated. I'll hire Dan's building service again for future building projects
