Well I looked around for a place that was open or advertised to be open on saturday. Woman answered phone . Said were closed can't help you today maybe monday. I don't need glass Monday. And I drove all the way here because they are advertised as being open. Woman hung up while as i was trying to explain that the information is advertised as they are open and maybe they should change this as people might not be inconvenienced to drive there to find out they can't be helped until Monday. . And she hung up while I was talking.

The glass on one side of our window was busted open. We asked around for recommendations and a friend recommended handy glass man. The glass window had obviously been replaced before by someone who had no idea what they were doing because there was caulking all over the sides of the window. So because of that the not so handy glass man couldn't open the window. So he asked my husband for tools to scrape the caulking away so he could take the window out. ( I guess he didn't have any of his own tools). Anyway he's trying to open this window that is caulked shut and he breaks the other window pane. then says " oh this window needs to be replaced anyway." well guess what I don't want to replace the window i want to replace the glass. so now i have to replace two glass windows instead of one. did they offer to pay for or fix or compensate us for the damage they caused ? no. I called the lady to ask her to fix what they broke and she was very rude to me. I'm guessing because she doesn't want to own up to what her employee did. I was still talking to her but i guess she was done talking to me because she hung up on me.

UPDATE: I won't change my original review but will add the following information. I found that a death caused the delay in response. While I understand and send my condolences, not sure that excuses no correspondence. Because a simple call to say hey, I'm sorry but.... would have sufficed. Upped rating from 1 to 2.
ORIG: Review is on my current situation because I don't know what was agreed upon when work was done. I'm renting a house where they apparently did the install of a glass shower wall for my landlord. This company apparently doesn't stand behind their work because it's been over 3 weeks my landlord, property management company and myself have been trying to get in touch with them over the door falling out of the wall. Don't recommend. At least come and fix it for cost if not by warranty, but have heard nothing.
