Howard repaired our 12'x16' deck and did such an excellent job. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of his workmanship. He replaced the header, all joist tape, a rotted joist, the stairs (all but the railing), the flooring and shored up the posts. It was a ton of work, but now we can enjoy our deck for years to come thanks to Howard! He got the job done quickly and efficiently in just a couple days even though it was just him! He was fair in his pricing and honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Plus he was friendly and overall pleasant to work with! We have enjoyed our deck for two years since and, even though it takes a beating with full sun exposure and our CO weather, it still looks great! Howard did a 500 sq ft covered deck with Trex composite decking for my family and I. He made the entire process easy, and the end result was phenomenal!!!! The deck and covered part look like it was part of the original construction of the home. Now, we spend more time outside of our home then inside thanks to the amazing deck Howard built for us. Priced well below competitors yet workmanship and professionalism is well above others. We highly recommend Sanders Construction for any project you have!

I had Howard install some skylights in my home 4 months ago. He stated oh yeah Ive done many. They now leak. Called and texted Howard 3 times no reply. Had a reputable company come out, they verified in writing installation was poor at best. They are repairing , I will pay for the repairs since Howard doesnt want to respond and I will file small claims against this Sanders Construction. STAY AWAY!!!! He has no clue what hes doing
