Our garage motor died, and Sheridan came out the next day with all of the needed parts. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He replaced and serviced everything on the spot within an hour. We couldnt be more satisfied with the service received. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had a garage door giving me problems. Father & Son actually answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a return call) and they scheduled an appointment for early the next day. Outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly service - had both garage doors serviced while they were here. I don't think the doors have ever functioned better. Super satisfied and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I've recommended them to all my friends and neighbors.

Sheridan showed up the same day as requested, and made the garage door repairs expeditiously without causing any disruptions to my work day (I work from home).

We were very happy with the technician and the company. They did a great job replacing our 20-year-old craftsman garage door opener. Technician was prompt, courteous, and professional.
The only downside, and this seems more prevalent nowadays, is the tipping culture. Seems everybody wants a tip. After payment, there was a screen that popped up for a tip. I realize tipping is optional, but the technician was standing right there and this detracted from otherwise great experience. Of course I tip for barbers, Ubers, and restaurant servers. It was a little surprised to tip for skilled trade.

I just wanted to commend the superb customer service experience that I received from both Fran and Sheridan. I called on behalf of my father who lives locally . I reside out of state.
He needed to get his garage door sensors repaired or replaced. Fran was able to have an estimate and the work completed on the same day of the call, which was today, March 20, 2024.
Sheridan was able to service the appointment a little sooner than scheduled, which was great. , He assessed the overall status of the grage door and provided a cost effective solution that did not break the bank. He made sure that everyting worked efficiently before he left the property and allowed my dad to test it out as well to make sure he could effectively operate the garage door opener from his vehicle. My parents were very happy and satisfied with the results.
Customer service seems to be a dying trade now days. I 100% like to recognize good service where its given. They also provide a 5% discount for senior citizens and or military discount.
Do not hesitate to use their services. They are efficient and fair.
