BUYER BEWARE. Unless you want to be disappointed don’t use them. Their not in Colorado Springs, their terrible communicators, their unreliable. Don’t put yourself through the pain. Use another resource, they just aren’t worth the brain damage.

Wanted to charge $300+ extra dollars to drop off and pickup rental chairs on weekends. Called another local rental place and they literally laughed and said that was insane. Ended up booking with them even though their chairs were slightly more expensive because they were able and willing to accommodate a weekend event without extra fees.

Arrived to pickup my stuff and there was one guy at a desk with a customer. Wasn't acknowledged. After about 10 minutes, I interrupted (since I was on a tight schedule) to see if anyone else could help. After the lady came from the back it was smooth sailing. Guys to help load tables, etc, were great. Upon returning, the only person to unload was the front lady. Needless to say I ended up having to help. Tables were a little beat up, but all in all it worked out.
