CrossFit Falcon View

Shout out to Elizabeth Houser. I attended one of her training sessions. It was very challenging, but rewarding. I have not felt this good in a long time. I am ready for the next session. Robby (senior trainer/advisor) is extremely helpful and nice. I was a little hesitant about doing CrossFit, but this gyms supportive environment and culture has encouraged me to continue with this journey.

I dropped into this gym a few times while in CO Springs for work. The team is extremely friendly, as are the members. The technical ability to spot small flaws in movement by the coaching staff was awesome, especially from someone who's also a CF coach. Robbie, Amy and Nicole were all exceptional coaches. I haven't felt this at home in a CF gym away from home in a very long time. Their facility is also very clean, and all the equipment is in fantastic working order. Will definitely be stopping by here when I'm in CO Springs again! Thanks for a great time yall!

Have been attending classes since February (about 4 months) and am always impressed with the quality of coaching, attention to movement detail, friendly environment and encouragement received from staff/fellow athletes alike. Unlike many CF gyms that become elite athlete oriented or cliquey in nature, this place has been amazing all around!
