Only used this place for 2 years, but last year they failed to file my taxes in time even though they had my documents early in the tax season. I only found out they didn't file when I had to call repeatedly to figure out where my return was. Once they finally did file my return I get a letter from the IRS saying I owed a bunch of fees because it was filed late. In my discussions with Mr. Harrison he offered to cover the fees but failed to keep his word. Used another tax service this year to much better results.

These people messed up our taxes really bad! We got a letter from the government saying we owed significantly more money. And not to mention they filed my return as Michelle! My name is Elizabeth. It's not my middle name either! And they never changed it. I'm still getting statements from them to Michelle. Who the hell is Michelle? And how do you make that kind of mistake on someone's tax return!!! Do not trust them with your tax needs. I'm still cleaning up the mess they made.Kirk might have been great in his younger days but it's time to retire.
