Sonic Drive-In

Not even open until listed close time, this is the 3rd time weve tried to go about an hr before close for ice cream & were disappointed to find closed with plenty of time until close not like were showing up 5 min until close. Also several others there finding the same disappointment. We drove to 2 other locations which were also closed.why are hours updated a few days ago if youre not there?!

I was in on may 4th 2022, the lady that took my order was kind and courteous, however, they initially forgot our mozzarella sticks which fortunately we caught before we were out of the lot. A man I assume was the manager brought them out and apologized. I get home 5 miles away only to find that that had also forgot my corn dogs. I tipped at the window when I first received my order, and didnt even get the courtesy of checking my order to make sure I was receiving what I payed for. No receipt was given, I went back and got the same sorry from the same guy that initially corrected our missing item. Every time something is either wrong or cold. Trash location. Semper Fidelis.

I don't usually have the best experience here. I stopped going for a long time. My daughter wanted to go here. I got cheese sticks and she got a Ocean Breeze. For the first time in a long time I didn't get the same associate that gives me bad vibes. But it was a good experience this time and I'm happy to leave a good review. My food was hot and the service was pleasant. My daughter loves Sonic so thank you guys for a good visit.

Just purchased meals for my family at the drive-thru at this sonic location. It was horrible. When given our order, the milkshakes look a little watered down. I asked the gentleman at the window. He said the ice cream machine was not working properly. I was about to return them and ask for a refund, but kiddos were very happy about the milkshakes so I decided to let it go. Had I known what the meals were like in the bag, I would have return the whole order. The entire meals were cold including fries, onion rings, tater tots and jalapeo poppers. The burgers tasted so bad I didn't allow my family to eat them, in fact we didn't eat any of the meals we had to throw the entire order away. Shame on the owner for allowing your employees to serve this food. I invite you to contact me to discuss this situation and how our family wasted $40 at your business.

We went thru the drive thru for a couple of drinks and sides. Service was quick and efficient with 3 cars in front of us. Food was freshly prepared and service was polite and friendly. We moved from a town that had a well managed Sonic. We will continue to come to this one off of New Car Drive. Thanks for your work.
