        Sent a sizable bill outside my actual hospital bill and instructed them to go through my insurance as would be expected for medical billing. Can't find a tax filing number associated with the business, and diagnosis codes also left off itemized statement. They sent straight to creditors

        This group is great! Have seen the docs in the ER before, quality service! These folks have nothing to do with the billing, that is a different company, geesh!

        I continually get bills from this place even though I've paid, and the support representatives say that the account is paid in full. Straight up they have the worst billing system I've ever seen. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
