Poor service and super delayed shipping that they dont tell you about till after they get your money. Then they say no cancellations or refunds! Never using jostens again for any future grads and will share this experience with all family and friends!! Edit: this is for Doherty High School in Colorado Springs

Terrible company with terrible customer service. Make sure you talk to the school about any “extra” they will add after you order. My sons formal announcements were ruined this a tacky “disclaimer” that was not shown on the proofs. And when I said something about it I was told it is what it is. I spend almost $400 on a product I’m embarrassed to send out. Will Never order from this company again

If I could give zero stars I would. They completely took advantage of us and told us that buying some expensive options were the only way we could be eligible if we wanted a cap/gown and we had no other choice. After I did some research we got scammed by jostens. I sent them an email with my concerns and they did nothing to make the situation better and rudely pushed me away. Terrible company with terrible customer service
