Have always done good work and prices are very reasonable. Been bringing my clothes here for over 5 years, never have had an issue.

This is a very unprofessional business. One time they charged my card 3 times instead of just once. It took them a few days to get my money back to me and no apology for my trouble. Then just recently, they lost my coat. I left 3 messages for the manager, she never called me back and finally one of the employees told me they didn't have a ticket for it and that I was out of luck. I finally called European cleaners which is where this continental cleaners sends the clothes to be dry cleaned and they actually had my coat and I was able to pick it up. They did try to charge me for it again though. Totally done with this dry cleaner!!!

My boyfriend dropped off a jacket over 2 weeks ago which was somehow “lost.” He went into the store to ask about it on 12/4/18 and was met with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, constant eye rolls, no apology, and no refund. They literally lost our personal belongings and then became bullies about it. They have no respect for their customers and we will be reporting their entire business. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!! Updating after speaking to Chantel and Rachel on 12/6/18. Chantel has the worst customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED. Immediate attitude, eye rolls, throwing clothes around with obvious anger at US, their customers. Absolutely unacceptable. They also had a child climbing the poles that had clothes hanging on them and a younger child could be heard screaming in the back. This “business” is a JOKE
