Instead of being an understanding and compassionate group, losing a patient is more appropriate than waive a late fee when I was unfortunately able to arrive on time after an appointment before this one out of my control. Front desk gal is incredibly rude and beyond unprofessional she will sit and argue with you like you are her child.

I called to get information about what insurance they cover and to gather a bit of information for new clients and the lady who answered was INCREDIBLY rude and acted as if I was wasting her time. Clearly has no customer service skills and should not be representing ANY company. Good luck having a successful business with someone who treats potential clients as if they didnt matter. Just remember, without clients ... you don't have a job.

If you are looking for a dentist office with a doctor and staff who actually care and connect with their patients, look no further! I hadn't been to the dentist in quite awhile when I found Dr. Boyle listed under our insurance. I called the office to make an appointment for my son, and was so impressed with Judy at the front desk, that I made a second appointment for myself. Before we even arrived for our appointments, I felt Judy had gone above and beyond over the phone and through text to make sure we were all set. Rebecca did a great job for the cleaning, and Dr. Boyle was so kind and personable. I have already referred my mom to their office and will continue to send anyone I know their way, because I know the ladies in this office will take great care of them!
