image We have thoroughly enjoyed Mrs. Courtney! Our 2yo, almost 3, has thrived while here. Courtney shows compassion and love while allowing our kiddo to gain independence and social/emotional intelligence! Would recommend her.

image We love Courtney’s Little Angels!! Courtney has exceeded our expectations, she has been very professional and attentive. She has a great orientation process that allows each of us to ensure we are a great fit for one another. Our son who is 1 has just blossomed in the last 6 months, his vocabulary has expanded, he has the best manners and we are always told how great he listens, this is in large part because of Courtney! Our collaboration together has made our son thrive!!

image I have known Courtney for nearly 4 years, so allow me to be blunt .
If you believe that you are a perfect parent that doesnt require any sort of help or guidance, then Courtney is not for you.
BUT
If you are a parent that recognizes that, while you try your best and you love you children with all that you are, you are not perfect, then this is the place for you. Courtney doesnt just watch kids all day - she loves and encourages them. She teaches them how to be independent and self-sufficient at an early age. She shows them Christs love through her warm embraces and her own sacrifices she makes for each of the kids. I trust Courtney with my child - and for me, thats speaks volumes.
The kids are like robots : respect and clearly defined procedures and expectations should not be confused with forced compliance. Kids need structure. Courtney works daily to teach our children how to respect each other, as well as adults, so that they may grow into decent human beings.
If you believe in the saying, it takes a village, then Courtneys Little Angels is the place for you. She is another parent to our children, and her love for each of them is wildly apparent.
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is older he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6

image I am very disappointed in my experience with Courtney. Today, she informs me that I need to walk my child in and out of care. He turned 1 in October and is not walking yet. We are working with him at home daily but all kids are different and he is just not ready. He is currently 16 months old. He walks on his walker, around the house on his playpen and walls, so it is not a major physical/neurological issue. He is just not ready. Also, I drop him off at 7am, in often times 25 degree weather, so I choose to carry him inside. When I drop him off and pick him up, she walks him to me. I have never seen her hold my baby and she does not embrace him upon drop-off or pick up. She is only concerned with making her life easier by forcing kids to develop along her time frame not their own. This is not an inclusive environment!! When I explained to her that he is one years old and will walk when he is ready and that we do encourage him a lot at home, she responded, "well here we walk at 1 years old." This is not okay! If you want your child in a loving environment where they can feel comfortable this is not the place for you! In addition, I overheard her yelling at a child to drink their water in an intimidating way! When she noticed I was there, she changed her voice completely. Again, she forces them to drink water rather than encourage. We also had a very bad experience trying to set up a parent/teacher conferences and trying to pick him up for his last day. When we explained we were unavailable for the day(s) she wanted for conferences. She insisted on multiple replies that we complete this on the day she requested. There are only so many ways that we can say we are unavailable. Lastly, when picking him up for his last day (today) after telling her what time that I would be, she asked me to come at a later time which is not possible with my job situation. I am a middle school teacher. I don't know about you, but when I want to pick up my child there should not be a problem with any time that is regardless of whether you are making lunch or not. I will post pics below. DO NOT go to this daycare if you want your child to thrive in a play-based, comfortable environment where they are able to learn at their own pace. The kids here are like robots and they are forced to learn at Courtney's comfortability. Believe me, it all looks great when you have the interviews and meet the other parents but you will not have much say over how you want your child treated. She also does not provide updates or photos throughout the day. We had to request updates. She does not have a payment management system. You must keep track of your payments and send money through cash app or Zelle. There is more I could say but will leave it at that. I am not one to complain or leave reviews but this experience was awful and I do not want someone else making this mistake.
