I had an excellent experience here. Beautiful office, polite and professional front office, staff, caring and thorough hygienist. Definitely 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

First time here. I have a bad past with dentists and am very weary. North gate dental was extremely kind, attentive, and hygienic. From the moment you walk in the door the doctors and staff have created a welcoming environment. I did not get any work done but I did get X-rays and an exam. The x rays were so painless and quick (as they should be but you would be surprised in my experience). Overall Im a huge germiphobe and everything checked out for me. I got 2 amazing referrals and am in the process of scheduling my oral surgery. So overall I like the office, I would recommend if you like to have a relationship with your doctors and know that they care.

The office is beautiful and the front desk staff are nice, but it is abundantly clear that they prioritize making money over the rest. Dr. Carter comes in for such a brief period and barely would even evaluate my dental health. They also recommended this new retainer ($3k and will not bill insurance) that would push my lower jaw forward, I explained that due to a jaw surgery I had years ago that this would not work for me and cause me pain, they responded with "Oh it's not that much, it'll be okay" - completely brushing off my concerns and clearly not caring about my health. My new dentist responded with "I would never recommend that with your history". Northgate dental just cares about profit.

I recently visited the Northgate Dental, and the office greatly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a beautiful and well-kept office that instantly made me feel at ease. The cleanliness of the facility was remarkable, and it was evident that they prioritize maintaining a pristine environment. Gretel and Shelly at the front desk introduced themselves and welcomed me to the office. Both were very kind and proficient. Scheduling my apt, check in, initial new patient forms and check out were all seamless and pleasant. During my appointment, I had the pleasure of being seen by RDH Tami, who truly stood out with her gentle and thorough approach. Her kind demeanor and attention to detail made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and address any concerns I had, ensuring that I felt well taken care of. Furthermore, my experience with Dr. Rikli was equally great. His warm and friendly nature instantly made me feel welcomed, and I appreciated the genuine care he showed towards his patients. The appointment was quick and efficient, but not at all rushed. It was evident that they value providing high-quality care without compromising on patient comfort. I was also able to chat with the owner, Dr. Carter. He is very personable and really cares deeply about the experience that each of his patience have in his office. Overall, I am incredibly grateful to have found this dental office. The entire appointment was streamlined and stress-free, allowing me to feel relaxed during my visit. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of a dental office that combines professionalism, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere.
