      image I had an issue with a texas facility. @ phelbotomy technique of a tech. I then found out my doctor who ordered the scan doesn't think they did the correct scan. (radiology report is incomplete). I'm now being stonewalled. I talked to a safety/quality guy and asked for his email address and/or fax number so I could forward an email I got from my doctor's office and he quickly changed the subject. i also think they doubled charged me. the itemized receipt i got from corporate billing is exactly half the $$ amount of what i paid at the center (i have receipts from both)

      image Would not recommend. I need their tax id/EIN to submit to my insurance and they won't provide it. They said it's against their policy.

      Hi Scarlet! The hours at our corporate office are 8a-5p M-F. We have multiple different imaging centers across Colorado and out of state as well, is there a particular center you would like the hours for?
