Richard Mann, LLC was provided a check for $1,800 to provide work on a swimming pool.  4 days have gone by and still Richard Mann has not performed any work. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE on Richard Mann as what he has done is FRAUD | CRIMINAL. Richard Mann doesn't return telephone calls or text messages. Richard Mann was enthused to work but once when he received payment he didn't even perform the task at hand.  I have passed Richard Mann's contact details onto the POLICE. Beware of individuals like this as they act like they are calling up other vendors to get a quote. Walk off to their car and come back and say I can do it for this much. Please watch out for guys like Richard Mann as they are professional scammers. Richard Mann cashed the check at Chase bank in Milan, MI. We even went to the bank in  Milan, Michigan and filed a complaint with the branch manager of Chase Bank in Milan, Michigan. Richard Mann is now famous on Yelp, Chase Bank & with the Police Department. Congratulations of taking advantage of a senior citizen and his son's. We are taking full legal action on Richard Mann.
