Tubs R Us

NO RESPONSE TO ISSUES - We had out tub refinished 5 months ago, other than some overspray on several tile areas that were left for us to find after completion we were happy, and hey...sometimes things happen. We noticed a few small "pock" areas despite the fact that all instructions to allow to dry and stay out of the bathroom with windows closed for a couple days were followed. About 6 weeks ago a tiny hole started opening on the side of the tub...we called then, we called a couple weeks later after no reply...the hole got bigger...we have been calling every few days for the past 2 weeks with absolutely NO reply, and now the hole is about the size of a soft ball and the area around it can be seen to be rippling and taking in more moisture. On to another company to fix it...stuff happens, but seriously! We would have even paid for them to repair their own work had they responded.

Bath tub is very old, been in my home since the 70's. This company came in and in a days time my tub looked brand new. Very professional, fast and cleaned up afterwards.
