This company obviously does not care about their customers at all! I've never been on hold for less than 1 hr and 20 minutes, even when I've been 1st in que. No excuse. Do not use this company for anything, they are terrible, and they never follow through with what they say they will do. Should not be in business at all

Oxygen and a machine to my house in January the beginning of January I called them by the end of January saying that I no longer needed it. I have made a dozen calls to them and ask them to come pick this equipment up and they told me two times that they were coming to pick it up and the other times they said I needed a referral. I've had three different doctors and them referrals and they say they haven't got them or whatever there excuses are but I have asked them for almost a year to come pick up this equipment. They are billing my insurance this is insurance fraud. Do not trust these people they only care about money. So now I have to take the time to act against this lousy company. Scam artist!

They don't care if your oxygen machine has hoses on enough to reach the different areas where it needs to go without kinking in 2 days! I called the lab that they use that provides them what they sell and they have the court that would work that is 21 inches instead of 15 and it's a little more expensive but then you get oxygen all night! The woman I spoke to you on the phone is nice and she said she went above and beyond for me giving me an email address which I would agree to a point because I didn't ask for her personal email address only for an email address where I could place my order as needed especially if she found out that big would order the 21-inch so that I didn't have to put an extra four feet of cord when I already and the tripping Hazard and so is my father so the last thing we need is another 4ft to something to trip over! It is also unknown problem that they could have called the lab and found out that there was a bigger cord that would fix the problem for everybody that has the same blue machine rather than not fixing it for anyone in telling me to balance it on top of a gallon jug of distilled water which then allows the cat to knock it off or my dad to try and knock it down or me to knock it down and then it takes a while to beep so if I fall asleep in that time then I don't know I'm not getting oxygen!
