To envision is to make dreams come true. It is my opportunity to serve those in need. I am a retired Commonwealths Attorney for Pennsylvania and prior to that I was an associate with a private firm which represented The Philadelphia Electric Companys Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in which i specifically researched solar energy, biogas, wind power and sustainability in general. This was in the 80s and have been staying current with this since then. There are Federal incentives for Solar Conversion and this is one of our services.
