Timeshare Help Source

The company is scammer. They take your money and do nothing. After giving them a Large sum of money I found out that Wyndham would have taken my contract back free and let me use it for 3 years. It would have been without my Platinum level but still FREE. Now that I have contracted TimeShareHelpSource I can now longer use that option. I am stuck with hiring a lawyer to get out. Of course I have to pay them to. DON'T DO IT. Run!!!

Don't trust them. We paid over $22K for them to get us out of our timeshare. Turns out the solution was something we could have done without their help. They used scare tactics to get us to buy into their scam.

We have been having the same problems of others here. They kept telling us they couldn't move forward without a deed which I told them a number of times there was no deed for this timeshare. I sent a copy of the timeshare contract for the third time after they said I never gave it to them and haven't heard from them since, that was 3 months ago and it has been 1 year and 3 months since they took our money. They don't answer their phone, difficult to contact anyone. Have talked with "5 on our side", a TV victim rights advocate and were told we had a strong case. Our timeshare manager said they haven't been contacted by them and that they lied to us about the "amount" the timeshare would charge us if we tried to do this on our own. That must be why they don't want you to contact the timeshare!! I would like all those who have felt scammed by this Company to send me their contact information, if we can't get any resolution from the THS we may initiate a class action suit

Its been almost 2 years since we signed our contract and well over a year that they have said they have a settlement with Wyndham. Now I cant get any one to tell me why I don't receive settlement documentation other than they blame it on Wyndham. They wont give me someone to speak to about my situation and keep telling me I am exited but I am NOT exited since i have no papers and Wyndham has collection agents constantly hounding me for money and claiming they are serving me in with a lawsuit even thought this organization advised me I don't owe them dues since I am exited. This organization has done nothing to help me with this stressful situation and I have fully complied with their directions. They have NOT lived up to their contractual promises or posted website guarantees and I will have to take my own legal actions against them to get my money back. This has been a horrible experience and I feel completely cheated and duped by them.

I would rate it a negative number. Spent years trying to close out my timeshare - still unresolved. Again, my maintenance fees are due.... Total scam
