Love the styles and designs. Friendly staff. The different smells of all the candles and/or air freshners were a bit much for me.

Great clothes but terrible customer service. I ordered. Dress from store on 17 October. It was sent on 20 October and received at store on 22 October. It had to be sent to store instead of home otherwise had to pay shipping. I should have paid the shipping to receive it in a timely manner. On Saturday, 30 October, I hadnt received any correspondence about status of dress. So I called the store to see if it arrived. The store manager said it was there ( it was about 1015 am). I went in store because I was waiting for it for an event. She gave the package to me. 10/22 was written on bag. I asked if the dress had been here since 10/22 ?? She said very defensively and short the backroom looks like a fed-ex store. I have a small staff and do the best we can do. I would expect store like this to have someone or system notify the customer their purchase is in store. They take our money on day 1 but wait 8 days or more to contact customer. I expect better customer service from a store like this.
