I knew the minute I walked out of the door I would be leaving this review... My experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I got registered the staff was beyond amazing. All of my nurses were the type of nurses that the world needs more of! Started with Johana, Denise, Karen, Julie, Carol and last but not least Kathy. I hope some day you all see this and give yourselves a huge pat in the back because you were all beyond amazing. I would highly recommend them a million times over. They all worked together gracefully to make my time there worry free and comfortable.

People wer nice but it's been a Horrible experience it's been almost 3 weeks and still have not gotten my test back and no one every picks up the phone thier and when u finally get pissed enough and drive down thier they have no idea what to do ware to go to get u what u need will not be going back to this place

I have had plenty of surgeries in my time but I’ll never go back here again, I know myself better then anybody and when it came time for my IV, I told the nurse where to go, she insisted she knew what she was doing and what was best... after the second missed attempt she past the task onto someone else that DID listen and was able to place my IV. They were running about a hour and 20 mins behind so my husband took the kids for something to eat, I asked the nurse to PLEASE call my husband and let him know when I was finally going back so he didn’t worry, she assured me that she would call him when I was rolling into surgery, never happened, my Dr never bothered to go out into the waiting room and speak to my husband after surgery, the recovery the nurse I had wasn’t friendly at all, did not assist me in any way, she was rude in waking me then tells me to move up, no help, tells me to get dressed, again no help at all, I asked some common knowledge discharge questions, when should I start taking and how much aspirin to prevent blood clots, her answer was, I’m not sure, I guess tomorrow, ok I asked how many, I guess one. Nobody discussed discharge instructions or told us what to watch for. Usually a nurse would give a follow up call later that night to see how your doing... again nothing. There was no feeling of caring, concern, or communication. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a surgery.
