Unorganized lack of leadership don't trust them!

A&D Services was contracted a little over a year ago to provide janitorial services for our FAA ARTCC facility in Longmont, CO. I have never seen a company function as poorly as this one. They treat their employees like garbage and use scare tactics to force their employees to comply with their wishes. They’ve violated a long list of Department of Labor Laws and we are currently in the process of assisting these employees so they are made whole. They’ve failed to pay them correctly, they’ve held their earned vacation time hostage, they’ve forced them to work OT through threats and just recently, intentionally Ignored an employee who got injured at work (they even failed to supply a First Aide Kit for employees).

They are never honest with me I've always did my job right never any complaints but they always gave me issues the management team is very poor they never check your work even though they say they do the owner himself is cool but doesn't make sure his management team does there job that's why they get so many complaints been with them a year and never gave me full time nobody gets full time unless you work on base

I worked for A&D cleaning services for a lil over a year and my experience with the company was very profitable and rewarding the management team is always ready to assist you when called upon over all good company great pay great staff and I definitely recommend you give them a try you can thank me later!!!
