Panda Express

Let me start by saying me and my spouse love Panda Express. When we've had a long day or don't feel like cooking this is our normal go to. Got off from work exhausted. Food was great but the employee who cashed me out was rude. I got a powerade and asked if I could get a cup of ice. Last time a week prior I had asked they gave me a normal drink cup no problem. This lady decided that it would be appropriate for a full bottle to give me a child's size drink cup with ice. I thought simply maybe she thought that I just wanted some outside of my drink. I then politely mentioned that it would be for my drink. Her response was to suddenly have a very upset tone and tell me how she gave me the cup and drink and to have a nice day! After being a manager of a fast food environment I understand there can be a policy or reason for not giving a full size cup. It is very easy to explain this to a customer without it being a very negative response. Patience and kindness in customer service is needed. The food can be great but if that's how people are treated over something so small it makes you not want to come back.

I witnessed a Manager yelling and berating at an employee. The manager was being very unprofessional and rude to his employee while calling him names like dirty. This terrible behavior has caused the store to lose a few customers.
