she has over 4500 .00 Charged my sister and it still had the same engine problem .don't go here they are bad at diagnosis of vw . We took it to another place another Aspen it's still messed agains don't go here . Bad place .union first time Dublin the second time .fix it or we get a lawyer . Service: Engine repair

Both incidents are with the Tutt store actually Took in for heat. Have a warranty through car max. Services were not covered by warranty needed a hose and radiator flush. $778 later still doesnt work. This was from a year ago New post May 24,2022 this is today This is now the third time going to this company Rich Coakley the manager hung up in my face after yelling at me and my wife. My heat that I wrote about a year ago still doesnt work and to add insult to injury theyre now holding my car hostage until I pay $200 for yes a third diagnosis where I was told that theyd just fix it for me since the second time it still didnt work. The worst company Ive ever dealt with. Not honest, not accountable, and crooks.
