Bicycle Village

Staff were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Posted signs said masks were optional. Parking lot on right is empty because the entrance is through the other company sharing the building space on the left. Both my mom and I had our bicycle tires filled free of charge. The man helping us showed us how to use the dual gage bicycle pump we brought from our home. I will be returning!

Do not support this store. They seem to follow political science over real science and kick you out if you don't have a mask. Support your local stores that believe in the freedom of personal choice and liberty not tyranny. Taking my money to another store and will suggest to anyone I meet to shop else where as well.

Going to concur on the mask mandate reviews.. we walked in, had to go to the bathroom first and when we came out they were on us to put on a mask. No hey welcome in, we do suggest you put on a mask. Just hunt us down with a box of masks and say we require masks. So we walked out. Didnt really want to support Vail resorts anyway.

They set up my wife with a trek bike. Maintenance is covered yearly. They even helped her refine her cycling g bases on how they observed her riding.

I'm supporting previous reviewer regarding mask requirement. Yesterday the parking lot was empty. Wanted some work on my bike wheel. Young lady at the counter turned me out because no mask. I've been a long time customer, but now we're divorced. Amazed you'll take a leftist political stance and lose business!
