Best West has been my vehicle service station since the 80’s. They have always given me good service. Separate from the dealership, they are the only repair shop I have use in Colorado. They have done everything from minor repairs to replacing the engine in my Jeep. It’s great being service by courteous and loyal people. I highly recommend them. I have been coming here for a decade, they have worked on three cars for me and for some reason I didn't start having issues with them until I brought my 2013 Ford Edge, it was little things at first like the splash shield under my car wasn't put on right after they did my tires so it was just dragging, then the button on my keys to lock my car smashed and now doesn't work, there biggest mistake was recently I took it in for some little repairs which they did just fine but apparently it was a quick get the car outta here because they missed my compressor going out and being melted. A friendly, reliable mechanic is telling me not to blame them but they should of caught it! I have three children in my car and all I do is commute to work and school. I know you guys are in a hurry to get off from work but Be Better! You've lost a loyal customer due to your negligence.

Nice customer service, nice coffee, they only need nice music playing. And a little duct tape for one of the chairs:)
