SUPER RUDE STAFF - Head to Antique Gallery just down the road on Wahsatch for better treatment and wonderfully curated vintage stuff! I’m an Army veteran, living in Co Spgs, who wanted to take my wife out for a good day for Valentine’s Day. So we went here yesterday to pick for a bit after lunch. I asked to use the restroom and was told NO because “their past customers have made nasty messes”. She actually said this to me. This place is so behind the times of what good flea markets do and how they treat others, it’s a joke. Their “New” management isn’t real either. The woman that denied my usage of the bathroom on Valentines Day, and was rude to my wife and I, also previously rang us up, 3 OTHER times in the past, with purchases we made over $200 each time!!!! THIS is how they treat their long time customers. They don’t even recognize them, they stereotype you as homeless if you have tattoos, and look at Military Vets like they’ve lost your mind if you ask to use the bathroom there, just so you can continue shopping in THEIR shop. Have you ever heard of just giving someone a key? Or are you just too cheap to spring for a decent public restroom? Well, this place with terrible attitude will end up shutting down. Oh and get this, my wife left a review about what happened yesterday on Facebook for this business, and they took ALL their reviews down, ours wasn’t the first negative one and surely won’t be last. They don’t want people to know how rude they are, and are obviously embarrassed by their own behavior. They had even previously denied their bathroom to a cancer patient that needed access in one of the reviews! Wow. Who does that? So we immediately left after the lady with the bangs (you’ll know her if you see her) told me we couldn’t use the bathroom. We headed down the street to the Antique Gallery on Wahsatch, used the restroom there, and spent our money, $150+ with them, and still had a nice Valentine’s Day. Those people are kind and shake everyone’s hand when they come in, and they have a sweet shop pup that always greets us. I was also thanked for my service as a United States vet there. A little kindness goes a long way. You won’t find it at the Treasure Shoppe, even on Valentine’s Day. Pitiful treatment. Will never be back, and as a small business owner in the Springs myself, I’m happy to tell my friends how I was treated in this poor excuse for a public shopping establishment.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have been coming here since 2014 with my husband for vintage goodies. Today is Valentine's Day, hubby took me to a nice lunch, then we wanted to go antiquing for a bit this afternoon. I hadn't been here in probably 6 months or so, and my hubby just casually asked to use their bathroom. They told him NO. I informed them I'd used the bathroom there before, I'm not homeless, and planned to buy things there as I'm a picker and ALWAYS do. The snotty middle-aged lady with long hair and hair sprayed tall bangs, informed me that that's no longer their policy, "sorry, we don't let customers use the bathroom anymore because they make messes". I was shocked at the snotty attitude because I've shopped here before and spend quite a bit of money with them. We are both heavily tattooed on our arms, but were dressed very nicely as we had just come from Valentine's lunch. I can only suspect that this ridiculous snotty behavior drives other customers away too, and perhaps their prejudice against tattooed customers. I can't shop there and use your bathroom? Seriously? So, we promptly left, told her that was positively ridiculous. Then we went to another little treasure trove just down the road that I love, the Antique Gallery on Wahsatch. The nicest people work there, and their sweet dog always greets us. I ended up with a 2 page receipt there today AND they also let us use their bathroom! Win win! Furthermore, I feel discriminated against at this business. Take your business elsewhere, these snobby women at the Treasure Shoppe DO NOT value you enough to let you shop and go to the restroom in their facility. Plus their parking lot is really horribly laid out. Just waiting for an accident! Go down the road to the Antique Gallery and find your treasures there!
