I really appreciate how the staff listens and truly seem to care about my pets. They are also honest, and good at following up when they tell you they will. I found this place after a terrible experience at another vet office, and I'm so glad I did!

I would recommend not taking German Shepard here if you have one, sadly Ive been going here for almost 2 years. So I take my female German Shepard in for its annual check up, shes always had a bar friendly rating, with the prior vet at there office and previous vets and her previous trainer. I made the mistake of not having my Shepard on a leash while in the vets office room which Ive not ever held the leash in those tiny rooms, the new vet opens the door and is startled by my Shepard not on a lease I see the vets eyes widen and she steps back suddenly, this startled me and my Shepard. Being protective as Shepards are my Shepard lunches at her due to her visual fear. I should have held onto the leash I should not have assumed it was the same vet Ive always had before. My Shepard did not harm her nor has not had issues with anyone before. The vet startled me of course she startled my dog. The worst part was she proceeds to tell me she has ptsd from being bitten by a Shepard, and this was probably her fault with how she was feeling emotionally when she seen star not being restrained she asked me to pick up the leash before she would enter. She then entered sat down said she was ready to cry and was shaking and proceeded to tell me about how she was bitten by a German Shepard hence her fear. After we leave Im not informed of this but she marks up my dogs file that my Shepard is a nervous dog approach calmly. Fine put your truth on her file, but what about how you approached the dog what about that truth of your shown fear towards the dog, so the dog takes all the blame, and humans arent responsible according to this veterinarian clinic. My dog was reacting to how a dog would react when a nervous fearful person reacts to the dog not being on leash in her office, which the dog has never needed to be on leash prior to this new vet. So be cautious especially if you have a German Shepard

I really want to like this animal hospital, but I'm frustrated on an ongoing basis. My dog has been going here for three years and there's always an issue. Just this year alone: we come in for a visit. I'm asked to control my animal while she is examined. She is simultaneously crowded by the nurse and vet and rips a hole through my expensive pants trying to get away and get some space. Then her blood work gets messed up and I am told to bring her in for a repeat, "at no cost." I ask them to tag on a couple vaccines, just so I don't have to bring her back *again* in a few months. They then give her *the wrong vaccine*, a repeat of one she just had two weeks ago. It was a very "oops, but she should be fine!" reaction, which just left me so confused and overwhelmed. On top of that, I *was* charged for the visit I had to repeat, because I asked to consolidate the other vaccines. I have other frustrations, but this is a sufficient description of just a series of ordeals this month alone and I knew today I was moving on.
