Voicemail box was full when I called, which was annoying. I was happy then to receive a text message asking me to respond via text, so I did. Never heard back. Why hire someone who you can't get a callback from? It's a shame because this company came recommended to me from another irrigation professional who doesn't service rainbird.

The original post that Aztec Irrigation LLC never showed up was a lack of communication on my part. I did not make it clear that I wanted them to mow for the season. I posted a negative review that they did not deserve. When the confusion was cleared up, they came and did a great job. I made an appointment, and they didn't show up, nor did they call beforehand. I had taken time out of work to meet them at the house. They pushed the appointment until the next day. They gave us a two hour window, and once again no call, and didn't show up again. The process is simple - write down the customer information when they make an appointment, and/or call them when you're too busy to do the work. Read all the reviews, it seems to happen to a lot of people in the valley.

Aztec irrigation installed a watering system and timer in our raised garden beds, they did a great job, Ramon always arrived when he said he would be here. Finished in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. We are so happy to have found a company that we can count on to work with for our garden & landscaping needs.
